Every one of us has important jobs. We get work done by deadlines, then unwind. Our office has a gymnasium including a full sized basketball court and an attached strength training studio. We make time to have fun with events that foster camaraderie among our staff.
Nelson Engineering Co. plans two marque events each year. Our Spring Party is an informal gathering with colleagues, friends and family. We play music, prepare great food, and celebrate the benefits of our coastal Florida lifestyle. The December Holiday Party is our formal gathering, full of surprises you need to experience to understand best.
We use sports as an outlet for our competitive edge. Golf, basketball, and flag football, just to name a few. We welcome your participation and leadership of our teams. Bring your skills and add another league championship.
Our Hiring Process
Step 1: Search our openings and apply.
Step 2: Our team reviews your application. If you’re a good fit for the position, we schedule a screening interview. Pass the screening interview and we proceed with a traditional interview.
Step 3: Traditional interview with the hiring manager and other senior staff, either in-person or over the internet.
Step 4: Pass the interview as the best candidate and we make you an offer. If you are not selected, your application and resume are retained for future staffing needs. We’re a growing small business – we call back candidates often.
Accept our offer and then we plan you into the mix. Our on-boarding process moves quickly. Our goal is to get you working as soon as you are ready.
