NASA KSC Names Nelson Engineering Co. 2021 Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year

Since 1993, Nelson has been laser-focused on the NASA mission and the nation’s space program. Nelson’s aerospace services include design of ground support equipment, ground support systems, and facilities. Nelson’s success directly results from collaboration with fellow prime contractors at KSC. The trust placed in Nelson by major primes and their mentorship propelled Nelson from subcontractor to prime contractor status. Since 2017, Nelson has held four NASA prime contracts:
