Richard Tully Promoted to Director of Design Engineering

PRESS RELEASE  |  FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE  |  Nelson Engineering, a Florida-based engineering consulting services company, is pleased to announce Mr. Richard Tully as our new Director of Design Engineering. Richard’s focus is on the continued growth of Nelson’s design engineering line of business, including civil, electrical, mechanical, and aerospace disciplines.

Mr. Tully is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 25 years of engineering management experience supporting NASA and the U.S. Air Force on contracts with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), PAE-SGT Partners (PSP), Space Coast Launch Services, Jacobs Sverdrup Technology Inc., and Aerospace Center Support (ACS), a joint venture between Computer Sciences Corp (CSC), DynCorp, and General Physics. Richard has managed numerous multi-million-dollar facility infrastructure improvement and sustainment programs and projects.

Mr. Tully has a BS in Petroleum Engineering from West Virginia University and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Tennessee.
